Data Collected by Pacifique

For an order on our web store, Pacifique asks you to provide the following data: name, first name, email address, postal address, phone number, and payment information. This data is mandatory to process your order and deliver the ordered products.
Your personal data is stored and protected by our host Infomaniak (https://www.infomaniak.com) in accordance with the provisions of the DPA.
Online payment is secured by Stripe, a third-party service to Pacifique. Payments via Stripe are made on Stripe’s secure website (www.stripe.com). All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted and cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties. Stripe allows you to pay for an online order without sharing your banking information with Pacifique.
Note that Pacifique does not have access to payment information and does not store it.
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for Pacifique to fulfill its legal obligations. . After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized. The user can expressly request the deletion of their data before this deadline by sending a specific request to info@pacifique.ch.
