After a few difficult weeks, without any possibility for the sailboat to set sail towards its next destination, Mauritius was finally able to take advantage of a more clement weather to start its crossing of the North Atlantic Ocean.

Sent from the shore, not always an easy exercise, here are pictures of the departure towards the polar circle. The crew continues its route and should pass the “Cape Farewell”, extreme south of Greenland very soon. A big thank you to the Icelandic fishermen for this nice gift before leaving which warms the heart and the stomach! 🐟
