Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Pacifique (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the customer”) wishing to make a purchase on our website. Pacifique reserves the right to modify them, and any subsequent use of the site will be subject to the current terms.
When placing an order, the customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.
2. Products
The items governed by these General Terms are those available in the online shop of our website and shipped by Pacifique. Their availability depends on stock. The main characteristics of the products are described and presented as precisely as possible.
3. Warranty
If a product has a defect or does not offer the promised characteristics, the customer has the legal period (Art. 208 CO) to initiate a warranty claim. The defects noted must not be related to normal wear and tear or misuse by the customer. Immediate notification of a discovered defect must be reported directly to us upon receipt of the product.
4. Order
Product prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), all taxes included. They include VAT but do not include delivery costs: packaging, postal shipping costs according to current rates. The amount of delivery costs is specified before order confirmation.
To finalize an order, the customer must choose the product(s) of interest by adding them to the cart on the “shop” page.
Go to your cart to check the references and quantities chosen for each product. Update the cart by clicking the “Update Cart” button if necessary.
To finalize the order, the customer must click the “Confirm Order” button and then accurately fill in the requested information.
Payments are made by credit card – Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped exclusively within Switzerland. Items are dispatched between 4 and 15 business days after receipt of the order and via Swiss Post Ltd., a postal service company belonging to the Swiss Confederation.
Shipping costs are set by Swiss Post Ltd., and Pacifique reserves the right to adjust the shipping costs displayed on its site according to current tariff variations.
6. Liability
Pacifique is fully committed to implementing all necessary means to guarantee the quality of its services within the scope of its distance selling activities. However, we disclaim all liability for any damage incurred during the transport of products. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt in order to assert their right to exchange or refund, with return shipping costs remaining at their expense.
We make every effort to protect the data entered on our website, and our payment system is secured through the WooCommerce STRIPE platform. Nevertheless, Pacifique cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other involuntary issues on the Infomaniak host or any other partner related to the proper functioning of the website.

7. Returns
7.1 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal. The request must be made by email to boutique@pacifique.ch. The product must be returned as soon as possible to the address provided, and packaging and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7.2 – Exchanges & Returns
If a defect is found upon receipt of the product, the customer is requested to report it to Pacifique via the email address boutique@pacifique.ch, accompanied by photos. Pacifique will assess the reported defect and may proceed with an exchange if confirmed, by providing you with shipping information. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For an exchange order, Pacifique covers the shipping costs of your new order.
7.3 Refund
The refund will be made by bank transfer once the product has been returned.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva and the applicable law is Swiss law.
