The Mauritius passed Cape Farewell without a hitch on June 19, 2021. In addition to the sight of the Greenlandic coastline, the first icebergs and “growlers” (smaller but more dangerous because they are just above the water) appeared.
In spite of the beauty of the scene, the watches are doubled 24/24 and a lookout is posted at the bow to prevent possible ice blocks that could escape the radar. Next destination: the city of Nuuk
