Some of the crew went ashore in Qeqertarsuaq, and had the chance to see the ice giants flirting with the coast in complete serenity.

Beyond its incredible landscapes, the small town is also home to “The Arctic Station”, a leading platform for environmental research at the University of Copenhagen. Built in 1906 by the Danish botanist Morten Pedersen Porsild, it was established as one of the first research stations in the Arctic.
