Fleur de Passion news in brief

After a fine ascent to the Azores with two youngsters on board, the crew set off for mainland Europe. Conditions were difficult, and it was necessary to work against the wind. The decision was made to continue a few nautical miles further north, to crosswind to the Portuguese coast.
On board, two new youngsters replace Nahom and Cristhel, who are coming to the end of their break. We also welcome Katharina Kreil and Tina Schwizgebel, two artists who know our boats well. For ten days or so, they will be setting up the “Ateliers en mer” pilot project.

A necessary break after a minor incident on a shackle. The boat is shut down for a few days, while the sailors work on repairs. Once that’s done, the departure is immediately underway.

Yesterday, Fleur de Passion arrived in Douarnenez after a beautiful 3-day crossing in the Bay of Biscay.
